We also extend our support to anyone who dares to dream of turning their aspirations into reality. At Martinus Way, we understand the challenges that individuals face as they strive to build a better life for themselves and their families. That's why we provide an extensive
range of services designed to nurture personal and professional growth: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Class Placement and Board Testing Services, CPR and Phlebotomy Courses, Mentorship Programs, School and Nonprofit Nurse Services, Doula Program and Doula Services, Credit Repair, and Community Events and Initiatives.

Meet the Founder Patrice Wilson-Graham
Patrice Lavon Wilson-Graham is not just a name; it's a testament to resilience, determination, and unwavering faith. Born and raised on the tough streets of Detroit's east side, Patrice's journey is a story of triumph over adversity, turning pain into power, and transforming obstacles into opportunities.

From a young age, Patrice faced challenges that would break even the strongest of spirits. By the tender age of 10, she had witnessed more hardship and turmoil than many experience in a lifetime. Growing up in a home scarred by drug abuse and marred by mental, physical, and sexual abuse, Patrice found herself thrust into a world of darkness and despair. Yet, amidst the chaos, Patrice refused to succumb to the darkness that threatened to consume her. Determined to defy the odds and carve out a better future for herself, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Her journey from a shattered and confused young girl to a beacon of hope and inspiration is nothing short of remarkable. Fueled by her resilience and determination, Patrice refused to let her circumstances define her. Instead, she used her experiences of poverty, lack, and instability as fuel to propel her forward, igniting a flame within her that continues to burn brightly to this day.

Despite facing seemingly insurmountable odds, Patrice never wavered in her pursuit of excellence. Armed with an unyielding desire to prove her doubters wrong, she pushed herself to surpass even her expectations. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she embarked on a journey of continual growth and development, eventually ascending to the ranks of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2012, and most recently, achieving her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2021.

However, Patrice's accomplishments extend far beyond the realm of healthcare. In addition to her career in nursing, she became a licensed minister in 2022, a dedicated mentor, a powerful motivational speaker, and the proud CEO of SWEAP Mentor, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome adversity and achieve their dreams.
As an entrepreneur and God-certified life nurse coach, Patrice's mission is simple yet profound: to inspire, uplift, and empower others to unleash their full potential and live their best lives.
Through her unwavering faith, boundless determination, and relentless pursuit of excellence, Patrice Wilson-Graham has not only defied the odds but has emerged as a shining example of what is possible when one refuses to give up on their dreams.
